Located on the third floor, accessible via a spacious elevator, the apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment faces the valley, and its large terraces offer one of the best views of the entire Valsassina plateau. In summer (July and August), the shared swimming pool is in operation, a true attraction for those who wish to enjoy a swim at high altitude.
The spaces are designed for a comfortable stay: comfortable mattresses, Wi-Fi, and all essentials for a complete experience —a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, a microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle, cozy sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. A high chair for children is available upon request. Cars can be parked in the private covered garage or in the convenient outdoor parking spaces.
The apartment is provided with bed linens and a set of towels for all guests, along with a welcome kit including oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, and toilet paper.

For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
