Perfect apartment for a typical mountain vacation! Surrounded by greenery, with large terraces facing the mountains, in a quiet residence consisting of several buildings all within a small private and fenced park. The apartment is located on the ground floor with respect to the pedestrian entrance (only 5 low steps) and is spread over one floor.
There is access to an anteroom, which leads to the kitchen from the front and to the right to the living room with fireplace, the central area of the apartment that opens onto a beautiful terrace with mountain views, large enough to accommodate deckchairs or a dining table. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large flat screen television and internet.
The standard equipment is with sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel, kitchen equipped for 4 people with a small welcome salt-oil-pepper kit.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
