The unit is on the first floor with NO STAIRS to navigate. The location is ideal being a 5-10 minute walk to the base of the ski resort. And if you don't wan't to walk in your ski boots, the free-ride local bus stop is in front of the building which you could take to the ski base or to downtown CB for dinner. Also within 10 minutes walking distance are restaurants, a coffee shop, a convenience store and deli, a liquor store, a playground/park, bike rentals, and sports shops.

There is a wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub with a view of Mt Crested Butte. (Please note that the pool and hot tub are typically CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE during April, May, October, and November until Thanksgiving week.)

With all there is to do in Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte, you'll rarely be staying in but when you do, we have provided a relaxing, comfortable space for you. You'll love the amazing view of Mt Crested Butte outside your window.

You are allowed one vehicle to park for free on the premises. A parking space is usually available in front of the building unless it's an extremely busy time.

Sorry, no bikes are allowed in the unit but there are bike racks right outside of the building's front doors.

The local FREE bus shuttle stops in front of the building. There are bus lines that will take you close to most anywhere you need to go in Mt Crested Butte and Crested Butte. There is also a free bus to Gunnison at the ski base.

Please be respectful of your neighbors while in the unit, as some live in the Chateaux Condominiums full-time. Also please use only what you need to help conserve and keep costs down.

Note that the pool and hot tub are typically closed for maintenance during April, May, October, and November (until Thanksgiving week).

The Chateaux Condominiums HOA allows owners to have pets but guests are not allowed to have any pets in the units.

The Chateaux Condominiums is in Mt Crested Butte. It is a short walk from the unit to the ski area base, restaurants, park/playground, convenience store and deli. The FREE bus shuttle stops in front of the building. There is a community pool, hot tub, sauna, and grills just a few buildings down from the unit. You will be in awe of the scenery from just about anywhere you're standing!

Parking down in the town of Crested Butte or at the ski area can be challenging during peak seasons. So it's great to have the option of the free bus shuttle right outside the unit's building.
