Charming Farmhouse, including barn filled with horses and livestock

Wake up to the view of horses and cows grazing in the pasture and the sound of nature on 50 acres of farmland and open space! We welcome you to stay at our classic, relaxing farmhouse in charming Cuba, NY. The 2,500 square feet house sits on 50 acres total of land, with 6 bedrooms and baths that can be your own vacation spot for up to 11 people. Perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a solo trip for peace and quiet.

Perfect as your home away from home. It is close to many nature walks, visits to nearby cities or somewhere to just relax away from all the hustle and bustle. Both hiking and fishing can be enjoyed within close proximity of this charming farmhouse. No pets allowed in the home but our farm animals across the street are happy to say hello (especially if you bring them a treat). Keyless entry makes it easy to check in and come in and out as you please. Strong Wi-Fi also on property.



Just an hour and a half from Buffalo and Niagara Falls, two hours from the Finger Lakes Region, 45 minutes from Letchworth State Park, two and a half hours from Binghamton and lots of other Southern and Western, NY attractions.

*please note, I have an individual who stops by the barn across the street once or twice per day to feed the barn animals. They will not access the house. Also note that you are booking a stay at a horse farm, occasionally a fly or two will make its way into the house.

This place had everything we needed, from toys for little one to comforts of home for everyone else. We loved seeing the animals across the street and enjoyed the peaceful setting that this home provided. Definitely recommended it!!

Although we didn’t need anything during our stay because everything was perfect, the communication we did receive from our host was great. She gave us the code well before check in. The two days we had heavy snow, the driveway was plowed early in the morning for us. The house was clean and very welcoming. Great layout for a family gathering. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Loved petting the farm animals across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and easy for cooking meals! This large farmhouse was the icing on the cake for a great vacation for 7 people!

My family loved it!

The house was very nicely decorated and the furnishings were very comfortable. We loved being just a few minutes away from Cuba lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely farm

Property is as listed and clean (which can be a bigger issue than one would think). The host was responsive to questions and everything was easy.Only nit pick would be that the showers are all rather dark. Lots of friendly animals to visit with and lots of beautiful property to see.

Relaxing spacious place to stay.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Stocked well and very clean. The added bonus of the animals made the trip even better. Perfectly located to multiple places for hiking and sight seeing!

Weekend getaway

We went snow skiing for the weekend and absolutely loved this farmhouse. The house is so unique and so lovely! Great place for family and friends to hang out since there is so much space. Owner is extremely helpful and responds quickly to messages. We loved the view of the stars at night and of course all the animals were an added bonus!

Great farmhouse for a family stay

My wife and I, three adult daughters, and a cousin stayed together in the farmhouse for the weekend while attending an occasion at Houghton University. There were plenty of rooms for everyone, big dining room table, and living rooms to gather in. There was a surprising amount of kid-friendly rooms, toys, and games, which made us wish our grandkids could have been with us just to enjoy them all.

Excellent place - fantastic experience

This is a great place to stay - highly recommended. Its clean, well stocked and offers activities for everyone. The animals were a hit with the kids, grandma enjoyed watching kids play with the animals - and we got our own time. Lots of activities to do nearby. Most importantly though - Shana has kept the place really nice and is super responsive. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you again Shana for sharing the property with us.

Great House For a Large Crowd

We could not have been happier! I have never stayed in a house this well stocked and with such attention to detail. The fact that it’s so spacious is perfect, you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Great kitchen! Very thoughtful Coffee Bar. And the beds are really comfortable. Shana got right back to me every time I had questions. I highly recommend this property!!!

Best house we’ve ever stayed in!!

When we arrived, the kids went from room to room admiring everything in it. The house felt immediately like home, was stocked with extra food, lots of towels, a large selection of shampoos and body washes in each shower. It was super clean and so cozy. Each room had lots of cozy blankets that we appreciated. The horses, rabbits, goats, and cats were fun. Fun swings play structure and best toy room we have ever seen. Loved it so much that we cancelled one of our days plans and decided to stay there.

Amazing property, amazing hosts

My family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. Thank you again, we would 100% recommend this property and would love to stay again someday.

A little bit country a lot lovely

The home is wonderful! Kitchen was great, everything you need for big meals for a big group. Barn is awesome. A ton of sleeping options for a big group with wonderful beds. The house is sprawling in a good way. Lots of space for people to group up for preferred activities. There for a ski trip and slopes were about half an hour away but the property was terrific and worth it! Out in the country but there were stores 15 min away. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to go back!

This place was just beautiful our experience was just perfect extremely clean and very well organized, we had a group of 11 people and everyone had there privacy there is plenty of room to not feel overwhelmed traveling with so many people ! The barn was super awesome the horses, donkey, goats and caws and bunny’s where super friendly , all the cat where so cute specially the black cat wow what a great host :) pretty much was looking after us the whole time and always help us go across the street, we name him Tito. The kids had a great time In The outdoors they Barely play with their phones it’s was definitely a great family experience.

Great home for families

Stayed for a week with our 4 adult children (total of 6 adults). House has plenty of space for relaxing, movie watching, and board games. Large kitchen, three full baths, and six comfortable bedrooms were much appreciated. The stocked coffee bar was a BIG hit. Visits to the barn were enjoyed by all. Enjoyed the big picture windows to the barn and road for watching the horses and cows in the pasture and the horse-drawn buggies go by on the road. Holiday Valley Resort was an easy drive for winter sports. Buffalo and Niagra Falls was a fun day trip. Also enjoyed coffee shop and cheese shop in downtown Cuba.

Large Space & Lots of Animals!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property! I traveled with 4 close friends and our partners (9 adults total) and we had plenty of space. There were 5 equally sized “adult” bedrooms plus another bedroom with a single bed. We enjoyed having 2 living rooms and a game room, plus a well stocked coffee bar. One thing to note: there many outdoor cats (about 30) between the farm across the street and this property. Many were very friendly and joined us at our campfire. Our group loved the cats but for some with allergies, that might be an issue.

Great time

The house is larger than it looks. It is nicely decorated and has everything you could want. The site is large but quaint with the barns and fields across the road and the sawmill next door. We had a great time. We had 9 people in our party - 5 kids and four adults. Everybody LOVED IT!!! With so much to do. I think that the three teenaged girls spent the whole time across the road with the barn animals. Shana kept in contact making sure that we had everything. Highly recommended. Five stars!! We’ll be back

Perfect getaway!

Perfect place for a little country getaway! I stayed here with my husband and family for Easter weekend as a little vacation from the city. HUGE house with lots of room. It was stocked with cooking amenities, toiletries and all that. Lots of space outside, too, and the animals at the barn and yard across the street were soooo cute. The owner, Shana, was very responsive and helpful. Cuba Lake is a short drive and there’s a grocery store and some places that deliver a 10 minute or so drive away. Very secluded and we really got the quiet, rural experience, with a house that had everything you needed. There’s a little playground for kids in the backyard and with nice weather you can sit outside around, grill or just walk around the farm and property. Definitely want to come back over the summer!

Winter in New York

We planned a family trip to upstate New York with family from all over the country. There was a major snowstorm, and all flights were canceled into Buffalo on Saturday. The host was very gracious and allowed us to move the dates check and leave one day later. It snowed all week, but the roads were very navigable. The house was great and could comfortably entertain a family of 15 plus. Plenty of games for the kids. There were two TV rooms, a game room, and a young kids' room. Then a ton of stuff to do outside. I would highly recommend it. Chris
