El hotel tiene excelente ubicación la cual tienes una hermosa vista a la ciudad. Milton es tremendo host. Me dio el mal de altura y rápido me buscó pastillas, me preparó un té de coca y manzanilla, y me lo llevó a la habitación. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. El desayuno fue riquísimo. El hotel está cerca de muchos restaurantes y es muy tranquilo para salir a caminar y disfrutar de la ciudad. Nos encantó muchísimo. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Beautiful hotel, good and wide rooms, the place is 20 minutes walking from downtown Cusco, for dinner and lunch you must ask for delivery services.

The view is great, you can see the whole city of Cusco from my balcony, read a book in the morning on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view is really relaxed.

we enjoyed our stay, from arranging taxis, helping with bags and providing detailed directions to the town centre. Spacious rooms with amazing views of the beautiful Cusco. The beds were very large, with more than enough room for two, extremely comfortable and the room had good facilities such as; bathroom, heater, large tv etc. they also have a pizza shop with a amazing view of the city Elisban was affectionate and told us about cuzco and Machupicchu. Short 10 minute walk from the centre square which had amazing restaurants and attractions. Breakfast had a great view and did everything a continental breakfast should including providing the much needed Coca tea, which was available at all times to deal with the altitude - a blessing upon first arriving. This was planned as a base camp for before and after our trek however we were over joyed that it was such a pleasant stay at a very reasonable price.

The view was breathtaking otherwise the rest was a nightmare, no wifi in the room , no phone in room which i can live without but the knocking at the door at 4 am and the ice box rooms with wall heaters the size of a printer didnt work for us

Nunca pude hospedarme porque la ubicación no correspondía, en auto era imposible llegar y no contaban con estacionamiento como indican en la publicidad, deberían contar con un mejor sistema de comunicación con el huésped para poder brindar una información real y precisa.

Don't go, despite balcony and jacuzzi.

Picture is correct: the balcony is big, but 1. the view at the city of Cusco 250 meter lower is very limited due to a roof of the same hotel that is in the way; 2. there is no electricity, so working during the 24 hours or reading in the evening/night is not possible. The two persons jacuzzi is not well-usable according to the staff, so shampoo/soap was not provided (also not for the bathroom that is too small and becomes wet all over the floor, so you need shoes to go to the toilet. Food at breakfast is very limited and you can get 1 coffee (the first day, I took 2, but the second day I was "under surveillance"). No elevator, so the four stairs must be climbed with your suitcase and rest in hand. The servicing staff is pleasant: my blame goes to the operator. Price is low, so price/quality is fair.

Si leen este comentario, primero es para pedir disculpas por el tiempo que ha pasado y pondré mi opinión acerca del Hotel Boutique Cusco. Pero para dicho registro de mi estadilla que fue el 19 de octubre del 2022 - 22 de octubre del 2022. La atención fue muy satisfecha y recomiendo a los dueños de dicho hotel que siga con esa buena atención que le ofrecen a los turistas de la hermosa ciudad de Cusco, fue mi primera vez en dicha ciudad y es una experiencia inolvidable. Muchas gracias y muy pronto estaré de regreso. Recomiendo Balconcillo Hotel Boutique

Fui con desconfianza, por ello reservé únicamente por una noche. pero al ver el ambiente agradable, un lugar muy acogedor, la atención del personal super atentos y sobre todo un lugar super limpio, mi familia y yo decidimos quedarnos las 3 noches que permanecimos en Cusco. El hotel tiene una terraza, que hace de mirador... se vé toda la ciudad desde ahí 👍, se ve increible. Súper recomendado,
