It's a beautiful hotel in an old-style building. We got a huge room with a great view, which is exactly what we booked. It's very conveniently located, and most attractions are walkable.

The property has very unique decor that makes it feel like you're in an 1800s house of a wealthy person with poor taste. I found it interesting and fun though. The location is amazing and convenient, just a block from the main square. The attendant was very responsive both times I called because there was no water (they were apparently having some issues). Breakfast was also pretty good and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we found ticks in the room, which I guess may be common in Cusco due to the number of guests coming from hiking tours.

Very well placed hotel, 1-2 min of everything. The staff is amazing, very friendly and was very accommodating about lauggages, booking, check ins. Would definitely stay again. Something we didn't have problem with but could be improved is the wifi.

It’s a newly renovated extremely charming hotel! The breakfast is maybe not for all - for me the abundance of fruit, good bread and lots of advocado, omelette made fresh was perfect. Situation is also perfect - just at the historical centre without the worst noice. Great value for money!

I was extremely impressed with my room (I had a king size bed [the bedding was amazing!] with a balcony on 2nd floor). Loved all the intricate woodwork everywhere in hotel, the lobby vaulted ceiling, breakfast facility and super attentive staff. I mostly appreciated the on-site massage studio..was the perfect way to unwind from long day of traveling! Would definitely choose this place again!

Fair stay

Hotel is in excellent location near main plaza. I’m thinking all hotels close to main square have same level of noise, traffic into the night. Hotel is older so not much noise reduction from windows if your used to modern hotels. Walls are thin and floor is squeaky but our neighbors were quiet. Pillow was too thick for my comfort. Excellent view from third floor.
