I paid for balcony but I couldn't put my footsteps to stand at the balcony. The city views with balconies are the views of buildings. Very disappointed

Excellent hotel, perfect location. Helpful staff, was able to rent a motorbike within 5 minutes, they have their own. Booked a cheap taxi to the airport for me. Very modern looking room, elevator definitely a big plus. No problems, great stay.
