Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and the location of the hotel is very convenient too. Some staff either have language barrier or acted smart by selling us a coconut ride by providing incorrect information about the package. Just be careful with purchasing activities or services outside the hotel, through the hotel.

We recently stayed at Allegro Hoi An for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a serene atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Its location is excellent. Close enough to explore the charm of Hoi An, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out was the incredible effort the staff put into making our celebration memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated, and every interaction throughout our stay was thoughtful and attentive. We felt celebrated and cared for in every detail. Allegro Hoi An exceeded our expectations in every way. This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The price is well below what we expected to pay for a hotel of that caliber. The staff is attentive. We received exceptional service. She arranged our excursions and made sure to follow up afterward. If not for the physical distance, I would book on a frequent basis.

A little luxury

A "little luxury" is the perfect description - a beautiful and charning hotel. Room design and decor really suited our taste. All staff friendly, helpful and attentive - a special thabks to Nancy and Frank - I didn't catch any other names, but the whole team were superb. Book here if you visit Hoi An, you won't be disappointed!

Only stayed one night but staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was spacious with a great bathroom and amenities. AC worked well and gym was adequate if dated. Balcony view was over pool but not a particularly beautiful view, however the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk into town with coffee and convenience store close by. Great stay and would stay again
