The property is in exceptional condition, as it is still fairly new. The staff are excellent. My only suggestion is pick a non city view room as it is noisy in the early mornings with traffic an all.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel et le service sont excellents, et le prêt de vélos est un atout majeur. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Yzistel is a beautiful, boutique hotel with outstandingly friendly service. When I first arrived, I thought maybe it was an odd location but I was wrong. It's perfectly located on a side street half a block away from a busy intersection. Everything you need is close-by this uniquely, beautiful hotel. Like many previous reviewers, I highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, attention to detail and great location and friendly service. On the same side street within 200 yards of the Yzistel hotel there's a massage spa with great service but they only charge 50% of the rate of the copious massage spas on the main road half a block away. Stay at the Yzistel and you won't regret their fine service an attention to detail.
