The raised ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (140 cm), and a fiber optic internet connection. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190 cm) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). A shower room and a separate WC are also included. Heating is provided by electric radiators and a fireplace with an insert.

The windows are fitted with mosquito nets for easy ventilation. The property features a 1500 m² unfenced, shaded garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. A children's playhouse is shared between the two gîtes. A secure swimming pool is shared with the other gîte, and there are on-site restrooms, two covered shelters, and sun loungers.

Many outdoor activities are available: barge trips or hot air balloon rides, hiking or cycling. 20 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage.
