The shuttle took additional time because I called when they were putting gas in the van apparently. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, just minor wear on various fixtures. This would be expected for a room at a lesser price, but a little lackluster for the price I paid.

Paid in full for a dbk queen room 25 days in advance. We had to have a late check in due to airline problems. We called the hotel direct to let them know and not give up oir room. A girl named April, assured us she would wait for us as they dont cancel reservations. We arrived at the hotel around 1 am and not only had they guven our dbl queen away, they put us in a handi-cap room with a shower that spilled over into the vanity area.only had they

The hotel location and shuttle service was very convenient. The room visually looked to be clean however it smelled of musk. The room smelled dirty. The paid parking at the hotel is a nightmare!
