Bad Experience! I want full refund!

It was a bad experience. The hotel room was not clean, there were bugs in there. The carpet was dusty and the sofa chair was stained and sticked. The comforter was dirty it had blood stains and when I asked for it to be changed, the person on the front desk said cleaning staff is off i cannot do anything! Like do you expect me to sleep using a blood stained comforter by someone. I strictly told them that my stuff is opened in the room kindly send the clean ing staff when I am back, Irrespective of this they sent the cleaning staff and now I am not sure if I am missing something or not. The experience was bad. Do not book it !The staff is not helpful and the resources are limited. Here is a photo of the bug I am uploading.

Hotel in need of refurbishment! Worn and dirty hall carpets. Sloppy replacements of mirrors, etc. leaving unfinished spots. NO hot water. Noisy hum all night long! Do not recommend unless undergoes renovation!

Uncomfortably Dirty Room

The room was unclean. A shelf was broken. There were stains and residue on the seat. The front desk was no help. They pretended to not speak english, but were more than capable of explaining the following day as to why they couldn’t refund the room even though we didn’t even stay there. I specifically asked that night about a refund and they said “no problem sir.” Felt like a scam really. If they had just cleaned the roach infested, stained, gross room then this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Sticky situation

This hotel is 3 minutes from my job so when the weather gets bad, it is very convenient. I've stayed here one other time and there were no issues. This trip, when I got to my room, there was a large sticky spot on the nightstand. I cleaned it up and did not think of it again until the next morning when I went to the shower and found a used washcloth on the shower curtain rod. Obviously the room had not been cleaned or cleaned well. I probably slept in someone else's filth and I will probably look for another option next time I need a bed close to the office.

I didnt like that I was charged $100 deposit when I already paid for my room in advance and I only stayed for 1 night. Why? That makes no sense. No hotel has ever done that before.
