The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The room was not clean though. The mirrors were streaky, surfaces were spotted and dusty, and there was hair on the toilet, in the tub, on the shower walls, and on the floor. There were spots on the walls where you could tell things had been spilled and not wiped down. I walked down to the lobby to ask for cleaning spray and a rag and cleaned the room myself before touching anything. The WiFi or tv didn’t work consistently and the baseboards in the rooms were coming off of the wall. Definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning, but overall an ok place to stay for one night.

Usually I love staying at this hotel. The beds are comfy. The staff is always very nice. Has a decent breakfast but this time the hot tub wasn’t working properly. There were drug syringes outside on the ground but one thing that I’ve never liked about this property is the hundred dollar deposit that has to be paid by credit card or debit card that takes forever to get back to your bank account That is very inconvenient especially for people that are not wealthy and are traveling with kids

The overall stay was pretty great. The lights beside the bed did not work and one of them seemed to be taped together. The room was clean, however I found a USED bar of soap with hairs in it underneath our bathroom door.

The furniture in the lobby is filthy, full of stains and coming a part. The tub in my room had permanent stains as well as the chair and ottoman. I killed a roach and I was completely grossed out by everything. My sink didn’t have a stopper and if you’re not out of your room by 10:30 it won’t be cleaned. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inn Hotels before that were clean and well kept. The next time that I’m in Dallas I’ll spend more money for better accommodations.

Loved how when you walk in, it smelt clean. However once you make your way to the elevator you began to smell weed. Its clearly stated before entering the hotel NO smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Our room was on 2nd floor and thats all you could smell. My daughter had to cover her nose each time we left the room. At one point someone was walking in the hall and the smell of weed came into our room.
