Varios problemas

Primero entender bien que son 2 departamentos con 2 cuartos en el mismo piso, pero no juntos. En uno de los departamentos faltaba una cortina en el cuarto principal. Y no había black out en ninguno de los cuartos. El departamento en general estaba limpio pero la lavavajillas tenía algunos deshechos de comida. Las toallas ya están muy gastadas. Los pasillos del edificio son de alfombra y da la sensación de que no los han lavado por un buen tiempo. Huele mucho a orines de perro. Perdieron mi paquetería por 3 días y sigo sin poder recuperarlo. siendo que no fue culpa nuestra. El host está pendiente de todo, pero no se encuentra en la propiedad por lo que no puede ayudar mucho cuando se requiere. Todo tiene que ser por correo porque no pudimos contactarlo por teléfono.
