Downtown McKinney home with 4 Bedrooms and 3 full bathroom rooms. Convenient to both downtown and everything along Central Expressway. House has been fully renovated in 2022 and modernized. Kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you would need to make a meal. Main bedroom features a king bed with work space while other rooms features queen beds. Enjoy lounging by the fire-pit or cooking on the grill in the large treed backyard.

On check in the home was spotless! Nice starter set of paper goods, coffee pods and laundry essentials. The home has been nicely updated throughout. All of the showers were great, plenty of pressure and hot water. Kitchen appliances are clean and modern. Two nice coffee makers.Location is excellent. We were here for three weeks and often walked to downtown McKinney. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.We had zero issues needing attention during our stay.Why only Four Stars? A few things could use attention. The living room furniture is getting a bit worn and uncomfortable. After three weeks I was ready for a nicer chair! We had planned on cooking most of our meals. The cookware included two stainless steel frying pans and three pots. The frying pans were pretty hard to use without food sticking to them. Also could have used a couple new baking sheets / pans.Did not see any actual water glasses. The stemless wineglasses filled in OK. Also needs a couple more large coffee cups. Most of the collection are pretty small.The outdoor grill was disgusting. It's a shame previous guests don't make the effort to clean up after themselves, but there was no way we were going to try and clean the mess in the grill just to toss a couple burgers.Overall, great, clean home in a wonderful location. Everything was seamless during our stay. Just needs a little TLC to make it a "Five".

Great communication with the host before, during, and after our stay. A very large and roomy house in a very nice neighborhood. We felt safe, and enjoyed the location for all of the things we could do nearby. The beds and the furniture was all so comfortable. There was room for the whole family to sit around a big dining table. We used the grill in the backyard For dinner a couple of times. It was nice to have three bathrooms. The kitchen and the bathrooms were equipped with everything that we needed. I highly recommend this home and I hope I can come back soon.

Our stay went smoothly with the reservation, host communication and the home being a great space. It comfortably accommodated seven adults. We took full advantage of the kitchen and dining areas and was nice to have outdoor areas to enjoy as well, would highly recommend this home for future McKinney stays.

Great location in a quiet, established neighborhood. Walkable to downtown MCKINNEY, which is really important to us. The house is updated, very clean, lots of open space for the entire family and secure. loved having three bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The house provides lots of amenities, which is a great touch. Host is very responsive and check in was a breeze.

We had a girls retreat and it accommodated 5 of us well. The space was clean, we had plenty of bath towels, water gets hot and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The coffee machine had issues the first day so we left it alone and drove to get coffee. Outside needs some attention. Good location. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great stay! Great location! close to everything that we needed!! The downtown McKinney area is Darling and literally only about 2 to 3 minutes away by car. Plenty of space for each of us to have our own bedroom and own bath, which helped because we did need to get ready quickly & at the same time for a funeral attendance. Clean & spacious! And driveway for parking!

The host was very nice and informative. Based off the pics, I expected something a bit more crisp and cleaner. There were some parts that were upgraded, but other parts that were very dingy. Big water stain and cracking of the ceiling in the master bedroom, caulking around the toilet and baseboards appeared dirty. Lots of leaves out front, so we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside. There was also a shed in the back where the top was flapping. It was very windy that weekend, so we heard a constant banging. The master shower was a plus and I enjoyed the layout of the house with the amount of rooms and bathrooms.

Amazing Host!

Nathan was very quick in responding to our questions. We had an issue with the tv, and Nathan responded immediately to get it resolved. We also needed to check in slightly earlier than originally expected due to some changes in our itinerary and Nathan was quick to let us know if this would be possible. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, quick drive to the downtown area. Spacious backyard with a fire pit, grill, and smoker. Very clean house and open space for our family to hangout in. Very great experience, would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had a girls trip and had a great time. The only issue that I had was one of the windows doesn’t get completely covered by the blackout curtains, so it was very bright in the early morning. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great Stay - Book Immediately!

The house was impeccably clean with exquisite finishes and ambience. The home is located conveniently close to all kinds of shopping - everything is just about a 5-10 minutes drive away and the neighborhood is very quiet. The host was kind, helpful and communicative from the start of the booking process all the way to checkout. I say book now if you need a place in McKinney!

Great house!

Our stay at this home was great. There was enough space for our group and the outside area was awesome to hang out in. Nathan answered any and all questions we had throughout the process with a (virtual) smile. This was an awesome experience all the way around.

McKinney Charm

In town for a wedding on the McKinney square. House is in nice quiet neighborhood. Four couples had plenty of room to spread out! Next time we find ourselves in McKinney and need accommodations, we will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. All the necessary amenities you would expect in a five-star VRBO. About a 25-minute walk to downtown McKinney. Great selection of restaurants in downtown McKinney. We especially liked Rick's chophouse, El Mejor and nightly live music at the Celt
