People above us were very loud until midnight during our entire week week stay. Had a hard time getting to aleep and having to be up by 6 am. We asked on 2nd day to be moved and they refused. The hotel was fairly empty so not moving us is poor customer service. Will not stay here again. Guest comfort should be the goal of any hotel seeking repeat customers. Not being able to sleep due to noise into the night is totally unacceptable.

Clean room, spacious! The guy that checked me in was very professional and funny. The only thing I did not like was it’s an extended stay with full fridge, stovetop and dishwasher, but! They do not have things to cook with or to eat out of. That’s ridiculous. They said it’s to make it cheaper for travelers but how? We have to go out and spend extra money to be able to cook and eat and or drink from. I’d rather spend more money than go to a hotel that has all the amenities.

Laundry room flooded-staff did nothing!!!There price is not guaranteed. They charge for everything from towels, pots pans, utensils. There is no amenities and the price per night was $115 not the $64 advertised. Complete bummer of a stay and way too expensive for nothing.
