Horrible!!!

Hotel is in horrible condition. The carpet is filthy, water damage throughout the entire hotel. It rained during our stay, building was leaking water, hotel staff place towels to soak up the rain water. Staff is not friendly. Breakfast tables were not cleaned properly. Bar staff horrible. Hotel is severely outdated and damaged. I would not recommended this hotel.

Wonderful stay

We love this hotel so much. We stay here every time we are in the Dallas area. The openness of the hotel lobby and foyer make this hotel very inviting. The delicious free breakfast buffet along with the complimentary social hour during the week are a few reasons for our stay at this hotel.

“My stay had several challenges that impacted the overall experience. None of the ice machines were working on any of the floors, and parking was very limited. During a rainstorm, the glass ceiling in the lounge area leaked, creating wet floors that posed a potential slip hazard. Additionally, the sheets were stained, which detracted from the comfort and cleanliness I had expected. While the property has potential, these issues made the stay feel average rather than exceptional. I hope management addresses these concerns, as improvements in these areas could make a big difference for future guests.”

Amazing hotel!

Amazing! Stayed here for one night. I love how secure this hotel is you can only go in if you have your keycard and go up to your room with it. Free parking and free breakfast! Couldn’t ask for more! My family really enjoyed it and would’ve def stay here again!

The parking is horrible, no parking for bigger trucks and sketchy at night. The room was average for an embassy but the AC was horrible, we were so hot sleeping we couldn’t even use covers. The hallway ceiling had Sheetrock missing/falling off due to what looked like water damage. The front desk staff apparently were hot as well because they had box fans plugged in and blowing on them. Super disappointed in paying for this room, especially considering Embassy is known for being a nice hotel. Will not be back to this location.
