When we arrived the hair conditioner bottle was empty. We requested one and they informed us if we want one we have to go down to get it. We then requested an extra blanket because my husband was cold and we requested a remote control for the TV because the one we had wasn’t working. But they did not bring what we requested. We called again and they still didn’t provide us with either.

This place looks like it should be great, and that’s what makes the neglect so glaring. One of three elevators was working, and it doubled as a crime scene: spilled wine on the floor that was reported and then ignored for days, from our arrival to well after our departure. Trash bins throughout the property were routinely stuffed to the brim, carpets in main areas were visibly dirty with crumbs, and the main floor bathroom featured a sink half-full of vomit and overflowing trash. The pool area felt abandoned, piles of dirty towels, barely any clean ones, and eventually none at all until guests had to hunt down the front desk. The breakfast area sealed the impression: staff looked openly miserable, unwelcoming, and borderline hostile, as if guests were an inconvenience. The frustrating part? The hotel itself appears fairly new. The room was clean, food options were fine, the parking lot felt safe, and the location is convenient. This isn’t a failing property, it’s failing management. A place with this much potential shouldn’t feel like it’s being run on autopilot.

Dear Hilton Guest Relations Team, Hello, My name is Benedict Cho (Hilton Honors Member #2403592757), and my family stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Irving Las Colinas from December 28 to December 30 as part of our 2025 year-end family trip. When we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM and entered our room, there was a strong food odor throughout the room. We turned on the fan and left the room for a while, hoping the smell would dissipate. However, when we returned later in the evening and attempted to use the bathroom, we discovered that the sink was not draining properly and the water pressure from the faucet was very weak. Since it was already around 8:00 PM and close to our young son’s bedtime, we had to urgently call maintenance to resolve these issues. In addition, both the refrigerator and microwave were not cleaned at all. We were forced to clean them ourselves before use, which was very disappointing and not what we expect from a Hilton property. This was our third stay at this hotel. Our previous two stays were very pleasant, which made this experience especially disappointing. To make matters worse, when I mentioned these issues to the front desk staff at checkout, I was met with an indifferent attitude and was told that nothing could be done. This response left us feeling very uncomfortable and undervalued as loyal Hilton guests. We truly hope that our next visit will reflect a much higher level of service and cleanliness, consistent with Hilton standards. Given
