Exceptional staff, especially the front desk. This is the reason for 4-star rating. The room has a stuffy smell, as if they weren’t opened in years. This is not a minor inconvenience, but may become a matter of hearth. Surprisingly this is a pretty easy fix - just let the air circulate, and use some air freshener products: not sure why they haven’t considered this. I stayed here for proximity to a 3-day workshop. Other than that, pretty good - you get what you pay for.

My only issue was that the fridge wasn’t working, and no one came to check it- even after we told them. We got woken up twice by room service since they didn’t have a do not disturb sign to place outside of the door
