Really nice place specially with the view. the room was spacious except that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable -“flat”. The service for breakfast on our 2nd day was less to be desired. We were seated in separate area away from the buffet but there were no attendants, no condiments available and appeared to be not ready for the guests who showed up. It didn’t make sense that we were seated away from the main buffet area when there were servers and open seats. Overall, the hotel location was good and the view from the room was amazing.

This was my favorite place to stay in dallas when we would come. Unfortunately i dont think ill be coming back. Aside the self parking being a block away which i let go always because i enjoyed the hotel, however this time after being told i could rebook my room for another night at a higher price because i booked on expedia. ( which i was fine with). When i went down to do to rebook like they told us. They then informed me that not only was it another 100 on top of the 100 they had already told me would be added, they also told me that id also have to move to another room which i was told wouldnt happen. The lady latilda or whatever her name was extremely rude. If this is how you do your business and treat people ill go spend my money at another hotel. A real letdown. To have a beautiful hotel like that and have staff that makes your customers feel not welcome. Come on hyatt you can do better than this. Maybe start hiring people who make your cutomers want to return.

Great location, nice staff, but not very clean

The location is large and convenient. But, the room was dirty and rundown. There were hairs in the bathroom a mascara stain on the pillow case, and everything just looked used and rundown.

Wouldn’t stay again. All of the housekeeping staff and the guys in the gift shop were extremely nice. They made things not so bad. Food was bad and over priced. Weird location. Loud outside and thin walls you can hear the neighbors clearly. Front desk sent me a white noise machine and earbuds.
