Do not stay here

Overall, this house was a massive disappointment. I had rented this house to cook meals for my sister who just had a baby and to be in the area to help her out. Prior to booking I asked the manager if the kitchen was “fully stocked” and was assured it was; this was wholly inaccurate. There were no knives, cutting board, large pot, and only one small frying pan.I could get over that, but the house was not very clean, the towels and sheets were threadbare and there was no hot water in the shower- none. I communicated the lack of hot water to the manager (along with my frustration with the kitchen) and was told they were attempting to reach someone to come look at the bathroom- but never received any further communication despite reaching out to them. Additionally, there is access to the side/back of the house through a gate. The gate was broken, allowing access to anyone. Additionally, in the backyard there is another structure that is accessed (I think) through an alley. I

Uncomfortable

We booked this property for a weekend getaway with friends, hoping for a comfortable and relaxing environment before relocating this summer. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, and we encountered several issues during our stay.Upon arrival, we noticed Amazon packages left outside the property. When we entered, we were greeted by a strong, musty odor—suggestive of possible water damage or mold. Eager to enjoy the outdoor space, we went to check out the backyard, only to find the grass overgrown and the outdoor furniture so dirty that it was unusable.Inside the home, there were multiple maintenance concerns. The water in the bathrooms never got beyond lukewarm and one bathroom had mold visible throughout the grout. A few of the closet doors were not properly attached, and several light fixtures were either missing covers or not working at all. When we tried to open the windows for fresh air and light, we found the screens filled with bugs.To add to the discomfort, the beds were extremely uncomfortable—so much so that several members of our group experienced back pain after the first night. In fact, half of our group chose not to stay for the remainder of the weekend due to the overall condition of the property.While we appreciated the offer of pastries as a gesture, it did not come close to addressing the number of issues we faced. Getaway Weekend

Stay was great. Was in contact with Clarissa the whole time and she was quick and timely with answering any questions I had. Plenty of free K-cups(with a little variety) that helped our group get the morning started.The location was in a very quiet neighborhood where my friends and I had our morning walks. We were also within a 15 minute radius drive from large stores/resturants/POI’s. (Keller’s Drive In was a great and budget friendly eatery spot with a unique old school atmosphere)Overall. My group and I were happy with our stay. I was happy with the clear channel of communication and hospitality provided by Clarissa.
