Welcome to TDK Lux, a modern two-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat in the Farmers Market District of Downtown Dallas. Designed for up to four guests, this third-floor apartment offers two private bedroom suites, stylish open living spaces, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, and an oversized private patio with views of the Downtown Dallas skyline.
The large windows, modern finishes, neutral d écor, and black-white and gold accents create a clean and comfortable setting for couples, families, friends, and business travelers.
King Bedroom Suite
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private full bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, dressing mirror, and direct access to the private patio.
Large windows bring in natural light and offer views of the surrounding downtown area. Fresh linens, pillows, and an extra blanket are provided.
Queen Bedroom Suite
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, private full bathroom, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dressing mirror, and a dedicated workspace.
Fast Wi-Fi and a desk with an office chair make this room suitable for remote work, online meetings, or study.
Bathrooms
Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.
A separate half bathroom near the entrance serves the living room and common areas. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided.
Living Room
The open living room provides comfortable seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the private patio.
Guests may sign in to their personal streaming accounts. Free television channels are also available. Fast Wi-Fi supports streaming, video calls, and remote work.
An air mattress is available upon request for flexible sleeping arrangements. Maximum occupancy stays limited to four registered guests.
Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
The kitchen island provides seating for three guests. A separate dining table also seats three, offering space for meals, work, or casual gatherings.
Private Patio
One of the home’s main features is the oversized private patio with outdoor seating and views of Downtown Dallas.
Guests have direct patio access from both the living room and the king bedroom. The patio offers a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee, fresh air, or evening skyline views.
Laundry and Storage
An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use, and laundry detergent is provided.
Both bedrooms offer closet space, including a large walk-in closet in the queen bedroom. Additional shelving and storage areas are available for longer stays.
Parking and Building Access
Free parking is available on the third floor, allowing guests to park on the same level as the apartment.
The building offers elevator and stair access. Guests complete self-check-in through a lockbox at the apartment door. Entry instructions and the lockbox code are provided before arrival.
Community Amenities
A provided key fob gives registered guests access to the community swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.
Community amenities follow building operating hours, rules, maintenance schedules, and seasonal availability.
