Very clean the hotel is in a great location and is surrounded by a gate with key card access only so it’s safe and did I mention they have a shuttle bus to the airport if u get a chance to visit this location don’t even think about twice book your home away from home

Gated area. When I got to my room I was not impressed but your staff was very helpful. The room was very large love that because I work wish you had a office chair and a better chair to relax in to watch TV or to read. The room was very clean and so was the outside please let UT Southwest great choice in there recommendations.

It was okay,Staff was friendly but Breakfast was not good at all, they only had bagels muffins fruits boiled eggs and oatmeal and we were on 1st floor and it was very loud like the walls are thin so we heard all kinds of banging and noises waking us up.Due to that I wouldn’t stay here again.

I liked it, it’s a good option if you’re staying for a short time. The only thing is that the lowest volume of the TV in our room was 50, we couldn’t lower the volume from 50.

Staff was great & helpful and shuttle drivers were awesome & navigate Dallas traffic perfectly.! Breakfast and shuttle are my most coveted amenities and Spark had both. Rooms have been updated to a clean modern spacious style. Bathroom amenity’s were plentiful & high quality. Property is secure with gate and parking is plentiful if needed. For the cost this hotel is above and beyond in hospitality.

The hotel is clean, and the breakfast and coffee are good. I don't recommend it for families or tourists because it's far from the city center. The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends. The bathroom was nice, but the dark blue color of the rooms made it feel very closed in.
