Overall not too bad. Area a bit sketchy but great location in terms of convenience. Hotel is dated and going through updates, they try to keep it clean but it’s old. Rooms are very dimly lit, not enough light. Valet is $42 per day and across the street parking is much less. Breakfast is basic at best. Within walking distance to a ton.

Solid clean hotel. Staff were nice. Breakfast was a simple continental style breakfast, but it was good. Location close to restaurants and JFK museum, an aquarium and reunion tower. I would stay again.

Great Hotel, Centrally located to attractions

Great updated hotel, centrally located. Minutes away from several attractions like American Airlines Center, Aquarium, Perot Science Center. Walkable to other attractions like AT&T Discovery Center or the Giant Eyeball. Unfortunately self parking was unavailable onsite(valet available), but a parking garage was easily available across the street. Many variety on the breakfast options and the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling to Dallas.

Very sweet hotel receptionist! The check in was quick and service was great! Our room was very clean and very quiet to have been downtown. We were able to walk to our activities since we were so close. The House of blues is literally a 4-5 min walk away! Definitely staying again! FYI: other downtown hotels were extremely expensive… this hotel was super cheap but reflected the same excellence as the expensive ones.

Enough room for a family

Here for a cheer competition, valet was pricey but they were on the ball and got the car to us quick. Remodeling was going on during our stay so they are making improvements. Feel like price was a little high based on the remodeling but it was fine. Bathrooms need updating
