A separate studio is located at the back of the property and is rented independently.

Street parking only is available for guests of the Main House. Please limit to two vehicles unless arranged in advance.

Garage access is not available; no remote or clicker is provided.

Additional Rules:
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
Well-behaved cats and dogs are welcome. Pet fees range from $50-$200 based on the stay duration. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
As part of the guest responsibility, we ask that you are mindful of the electricity usage. We cover up to $250 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
We do not provide PINs for private accounts such as Roku, TV, etc.
