This spacious home features 4 bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and 4 queen-size beds, comfortably accommodating your group. Enjoy the sparkling pool with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing under the Texas sun.
For indoor fun, the garage game room offers a pool table and 2 arcade machines. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the home. The property includes 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom for your convenience.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Expect some foliage around the pool at times as the property does have trees around. We do have 2 security cameras outside, one pointing to the front and one pointing towards the driveway.

Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

*1/2 bathroom downstairs has a very slow drip coming from condensation of upstairs bathroom when showering, HVAC tech said solution is to keep shower fan on to help.*

Great weekend getaway!

My family and I had a great time! You have a beautiful spacious house. We really enjoyed the game room and sitting in the living area visiting. We didn’t really have a chance to enjoy your pool due to the weather but we would love to come back and spend some time splashing in the sun.

Family weekend

The home was spacious and comfortable, and the game room was a hit for my family! The owner was very prompt in responding about any issues or questions and handled everything immediately. We will definitely book again, hopefully when there isn’t a winter storm in Dallas haha!
