Staff was polite and check in was easy. Bed and bathroom were clean. Flat surfaces in the bedroom area looked like they were not wiped down. Used my own Clorox wipes. Internet was down all evening. Breakfast was a 3 star as well.

Have been at other Tru hotels and this one pales in comparison. Not as clean as other locations, poor snack selection, nothing even remotely healthy, poor service. Asked for a wake-up call, never received it, asked for a Room refresh, no one ever came. Room not cleaned at all despite promise of every other day. Cleaning. Very disappointed. Breakfast wasn’t good. Coffee didn’t taste fresh. No yogurt. OJ was good but that is it.

No freaking breakfast everything was out. No lids , no creamer, no eggs, no yogurt, no pancake batter 😔 Didnt have body wash in the shower just hand soap. Never going again. A bad day at the hotel.
