The hotel was in a good location. Near the interstate and restaurants. Unfortunately, it was too close to the interstate and, in our the 3rd floor room, traffic noise was heard all night. Also, the building was slightly swaying from the interstate traffic - very unsettling.

Expedia did not reserve the correct room I prepaid for and the hotel couldn’t change it because it was reserved through a third party Expedia. It was frustrating to get in touch with a live representative and they were not offering a partial refund. I will never book through them again.

This was a very nice hotel, from the time we checked in to checking out, everything was easy. The room was excellent, the breakfast was above and beyond! I wish more hotels were of this same caliper! Please keep doing everything your doing, keep up the good work!
