Enter the home through the main entrance and be welcomed by a large space ready for entertaining. The game room is the first space you'll come upon entering the home. Enjoy hatchet throwing, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, chess, and pool. Board Games and books galore are also available in the large bookcase in the Game Room too. Then you enter through the large kitchen and living space. The full kitchen has all pots, pans, large refrigerator, deep freezer, and ample amount of seating around the high-top bar area, large dining room table, and even a small kids' table. The dining room seamlessly transitions into the living room with a large couch, Roku TV, and fireplace. All 6 bedrooms and bathrooms are located along the perimeter of the home. There are four Queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bed with 1 twin, and 1 full, and another room with 1 twin and 1 full. There are fishing rods in the home for guest use.
The home is on a 105- acre working ranch located in Damon, Texas in Brazoria County. We have a large pond and dock for fishing. Several livestock and exotic animals also live on property and are fenced.
Our ranch manager lives on site in his own home and is available for any guest questions or concerns. No hunting or guns allowed on property!
Guests will have access to the barndo, fishing pond, and dock. There is no hunting or guns allowed on property.
The Host does not live on property. Our ranch manager DOES live on property in his own home and works every day. This is a working ranch. You may encounter him and is available for guest questions and concerns.
This is a working ranch in a rural area. You may encounter animals such as alligators, coyotes, wild hogs, etc. There are livestock and exotics on property, but they are in the back of the ranch behind a high fence. Our ranch manager lives on site and is available to assist guests if needed.
