Turn off the Hummingbird Highway and pass through the large gates at the entrance to Valley Stream and enter your own private two hundred acre sanctuary. The approximate 1.5 mile drive through a meticulously manicured working citrus orchard and beautiful rainforest ensures maximum privacy and that the only sounds you will hear are those of the jungle and waterfall. While there are no neighbors there are plenty of parrots, toucans and other jungle animals to keep you company, and the staff is only a call away to cater to your every need.

Perched high over a gently flowing stream and next to a small post card waterfall, the luxurious 5,000 square foot home blends in with nature and the surrounding beauty. From the minute you walk across the bridge into the front door you are greeted with amazing views of the surrounding Maya Mountains and the stream below. The soaring 30 foot high ceilings made from native thatch and rich Belizean hard wood floors make the views inside as amazing as the view outside. The all rock pool and hot tub perched over the cliffs edge make for the ideal spot to relax and take in the amazing sights and sounds of the rainforest. The home has two beautiful private master suites located on the first floor as well as a large study with full bath that could also be used as a kids bedroom.

While the home has air conditioning in both master suites and all the comforts of a true 5 star resort it operates 100% from the high end solar system located a few hundred yards away in the staff area. The home has the most efficient air conditioning system, lights and appliances available which makes it possible to run exclusively off the solar system.

A Valley Stream experience will be anything but ordinary. Spend a day hiking on the miles of diverse private trails along the stream, through the twenty acres of tropical flower gardens and the mountains on the property. Watch the amazing birds that call Valley Stream home, swim in the crystal clear cool river or pick your own oranges right from one of the trees in the meticulously maintained private orchard. After an adventurous day relax and enjoy the spectacular view in the hot tub or pool with a cocktail in hand and listen as the jungle comes alive.

Organically grown produce fresh from Valley Stream’s large organic greenhouse and garden, fresh locally sourced meats, and dishes accompanied by our curated wine collection ensure that dining reaches new heights at Valley Stream.
