About this space
This property is centrally located in Dar and in the most desirable high end residential areas of Mikocheni. 20 minutes drive to the Zanzibar ferries, 15 minutes to the night life in Masaki, tropical beaches and within a walking distance to village museum, mall, restaurants, masjid and public transport. We offer airport and Ferry transfers, city tour with a tour guide and a local chef at a small fee. The compound is peaceful, quiet, well guarded and secure. Come unwind in this breathtaking spacious family abode.
The space
You'll discover the fusion of modern vibes and African Swahili touches, where 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 cozy living areas await your relaxation. Beautiful, spacious, quiet and clean are the best ways to describe this property.
Fully furnished with all necessities; a laundry area with a washing machine, detergents and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in both lounges and FREE WiFi. Each bedroom is ensuite with a working area, mirror and wardrobe. Three rooms have king sized beds two of which have balconies. One room has a queen sized one. All rooms have air-conditioning and there is great water pressure and heaters for hot water in all the bathrooms. You won't have to worry about fresh linen and towels.
The property has a automatic standby generator in case of power cuts.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use all the amenities in the building including the common areas like swimming pool and our well equipped gym. The key to the gym is issued by the security guard at the gate upon request. Please be sure to return it back to the guard after use.
Other things to note
The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. Cleaning is also done everyday of the week except for Saturdays. You will always check-in to a clean apartment and don't have to worry about cleaning during your stay. This is all included in the cleaning fee.
Please note: Water is included in the fee. Electricity is included in the fee up to an amount of USD $20/day, which is a very generous allocation. Therefore, please consume wisely. Be sure to turn off Acs and water heaters when not in use to avoid overpowering the system. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us
