The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with an electric fire, TV and Wifi. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there are communal grounds with lawn and off-road parking available. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note: The property has a coin meter for fuel. There will be enough to get you started upon arrival, but this is not included in the rental.

Dartmouth is a charming town in the South Hams region of Devon, England, right on the estuary of the River Dart. Dartmouth is one of Devon's most visited cities because of its proximity to the coast and its location within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are many annual events, including the Dart Music Festival, the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, and the Dartmouth Food Festival, all of which take place along the city's beautiful waterfront and in its historic, winding streets. The South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail, and numerous quiet country lanes are just a few of the many exciting routes for cyclists and pedestrians in the Dartmouth area. A visit to the charming harbour town of Brixham is a must, as is a ride on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the countryside to Paignton. Blackpool Sands, winner of a Blue Flag Award, and Slapton Sands, an extremely popular beach not far from Dartmouth, are just two of the many options available to beachgoers in the South Hams area.
