Minutes to Bakewell Shopping Centre (Supermarket, chemist, bakery, takeaway shops, GP)

This is a quiet, residential suburb
Guests have the entire property to themselves
• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
• Saltwater Pool (fully fenced). Towels provided
• Breezy balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool and park
• Large undercover area downstairs with BBQ & outdoor dining area (right next to the pool)
• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items provided
• Main bedroom has a king bed and a single bed, with ensuite and walk-in robe
• Second bedroom has a queen bed
• Third bedroom has a doule bed
• Fourth bedroom has a two single beds
• Fifth bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed
• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer
• Washing machine, dryer & laundry detergents, iron & ironing board provided
• Super fast WIFI (500mbps) and Smart TV
• Fully fenced backyard
• Undercover parking for two cars (behind gate), plus additional off street parking in driveway
