This beautifully appointed studio features all brand-new finishes throughout, giving it a fresh, clean, and contemporary feel. The space includes a sleek kitchenette, modern bathroom, comfortable queen bed, and a small sitting area. Located in the newly developed Northcrest Estate, you'll be just a 12-minute drive to Darwin CBD, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions, while still enjoying a quiet suburban atmosphere.

Quite residential neighbourhood

Guests will have access to the whole self contained studio with private entrance. There are no shared spaces. There is a door within the studio that leads to the main residence however this will be locked at all times.
