The room was filthy. Booked a suite, did not receive a suite. Originally was given a King Room in which the sheets had not been cleaned. There were stains all over everything. Asked for them to clean the room, they ended up putting us in a different standard room that was so entirely small and just as filthy as the original room.

The door on my room was mostly off its hinges. I had to lift it to close it, and the lock was broken. I had to prop the ironing board and other stuff against it while I slept. The bathroom was dirty.
