I had never stayed at a My Place before, but the room pictures looked nice, the room had great reviews, and the price was great so I booked it. The positives were: Customer service, they were great and the lady went above and beyond to help me! Kitchenette, it was nice not to have to eat out...especially because it was the middle of a snowstorm. The room was modern and comfortable. There was only one small thing that I felt was a negative, the bed was full of static. I had laid down and realized I had forgotten to grab my phone and when I got up to get it my clothes stuck to me with static cling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We asked the receptionist for a couple of extra chairs so we could all sit at the table and she was very accommodating. The staff could not have been nicer. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Desk staff was excellent. Bed comfy. Liked having kitchenette but no pot, pan, plate, silverware, etc was bizarre. Rooms should have basic kitchenware.

Wonderful Hotel

We have never stayed at a My Place and this Hotel was wonderful. Very nice staff..rooms were very nice and clean, and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
