Broken shower rod and no shower curtain.

Upon arrival I was so tired that I didn’t even notice the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one side with screws and sharp wall anchors hanging. No shower curtain. Coffee maker was broken and there were ants in the bathroom. At check in the front desk staff were very nice. Next morning at checkout, a different woman was working. I told her the issues and she could not have cared less.

1st room we were given upon arrival had strong odor of mold and mildew upon entering. Upon checking the bathroom and both beds I noticed 3 black fingerprints on side of the pillow boldly showing on white sheets. Then noticed black furry mold on the back of the desk chair which clearly has not been cleaned. I took a video of the chair. As a patient with asthma and bronchitis I walked back to the lobby and told the clerk Im disabled and had to walk back down here because there was no phone in the room for me to call the front desk.She said people steal the phones,tvs, microwave and fridges all the time. I told her about the odor and that I put the chair outside the room. I asked her to call housekeeping for some Lysol or room disinfectant she said they don't have any then offered me another room which upon entering smelled better but floors hadn't been cleaned as something was sticking to the bottom of my shoe. Since both the beds were visibly ok I just went to sleep.Upon waking up the next morning I noticed something black on side of the mattress which obviously was exposed from underneath the sheets. It was BLACK MOLD! I have pictures of this also. I've booked multiple trips via Expedia and I'm DISGUSTEDLY DISAPPOINTED behind this super unpleasant experience and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Receptionist Nightmare

Arrived at Hotel around 8pm, got to room...bathroom wasn't cleaned, still had someone elses dirty towel that was used and no clean towels, no soap, no shampoo...went to front desk asked for the items and was refused a clean towel...the receptionist was another story, the rudest person i have ever came across, she absolutely refused to give me a clean towel and walked away from me and cussed at me and then rolled her eyes and said it wasnt her hotel and i needed to call a manager in the morning to get a towel??? Was the worst experiences i have ever had at a hotel and will NEVER spend money at the establishment again! I hope she gets fired, she has no right to work in customer service!!!

You can do a lot better

Breakfast was a joke. Hardly anything there. Juice machine only had water, milk qas sitting on an ice pack keeping it tepid at best. A total of 4 containers on yoghurt in fridge. Toaster didnt toast well. Bakery consisted of plain white vread and 2 muffins, cereal choice was 2 types of flakes. We t to lobby for coffee in the evenung, they couldn't find any cups to put it in . Very convenient location, but otherwise i wouldn't go out of my way to stay here. Lobyy and outdoor areas below average, so close to the highway that its a bit noisy, and the breakfast was atrociously bad. Bathroom in lobby was filthy and toilet was plugged. You can do better than this place.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.AC worked. Pool is nice. But.. Room had one towel and no drinking cups upon arrival. Dirty room, dirty floors, your feet and socks turn black. Keep your shoes on in the room! A couple flies, a roach and a spider. The advertised breakfast has no meats and no eggs, a couple flies near the biscuits and gravy.

This is an apartment for permanent residents. Completely run down. Didn't feel safe or clean. I will avoid Wyndham properties from this point on.

Exterior was worn and unkempt, cigarette butts all around, doors in need of fresh paint. AC off in office area, not welcoming, little or no verbal exchange. No explanations about location of elevators, meal time, etc. Room basically clean, no tissue. Bed good. Loud highway just outside. Will not revisit.

I ordered double beds and now they only had single beds and they wanted me to have my kids under a separate room with no door in between so I left the place. They showed me the room and it was too small. Only one bed I couldn’t put the kids.
