Did not like the room or the staff. The staff was not friendly and they took my personal towel and told me that could not find it. During check in staff stayed on a personal phone call the entire time while checking me in and when I checked out the elevator did not work and no signs were put up to indicate that and staff did not apologize for the non working elevator. Staff was NOT friendly. Sheet had stains on them. Sorry I stayed. Will not stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting. 1st warning sign was when i was pulling into the property there were 2 cop cars blocking the lot and the had 2 female crack heads in cuffs. The property is full of transients living there full time. There were all out on the balcony watching there friends getting arrested. I got checked into my room. I was planning on being there 3 nights for the Hamvention 2025. When i got to my room i noticed my shoes were sticking to the floor. I got to looking close and the floors probably hadnt been mopped in a month. You could scrape the dirt from all the corners with a putty knife. The bathroom and shower were not much better. So bad as a man i would not sit on the toilet to do my business. I finally decided after 2 nights i could not take it anymore and i left a day early. I would not stay here under any circumstances.

The room I was in appeared to be recently renovated; however, the renovation was cut short. You can see the popcorn ceiling had a previous (water) leak, there was a towel on the sprinkler (wall) I couldn’t remove, the dish soap had mildew underneath, and the shower faucet cap did cover the wall, which will cause water damage to the floors below. There were stains on the sheets and covers and there was a dead roach in the sheets when we checked them, the floor was extremely dirty, there was dead beetles in the window seals and corners of the room, there seemed to be cigarette burn holes on the covers, hand prints all over the head board and when i asked for an exchange of towels they really weren’t trying to give me any even though the ones that were in the room had all sorts of stains on them. i would never stay here again or any sort of branch of this company because of my experience. DO NOT COME HERE.

This place is a dump. Check-in lady was rude. The door looked like it had been kicked in many times. The room smelled like smoke and something unidentifiable - supposed to be 100% smoke free. I opened the door and left immediately. The stairs were filthy. Bags of garbage outside. People were tailgating with loud speakers outside.

Hotel is in bad shape, and needs a full make over. Lots of cigarette buts on the property, our room Smelled of smoke, shower head not attached, sink didn’t drain, toilet barely flushed, moldy shower curtain, and our front door didn’t shut properly. The Owners were friendly and the Libby was clean, but I won’t stay there again.

Worst hotel stay ever

Hello, my name is Belinda Martin. I took my Pastor and for other people to the hotel.Nesty bed covers. Nesty floors and dingy towels. I went to the Walmarts for towels . No manager on duty and he never showed up to hear my complaints. Room smell like pure cigarettes . I reserve three rooms. The last family came in from out of town late, but I had their key to their room. When the last family arrived to Beaumont hotel, they could not get in their room and the key didn’t work the front desk person said they didn’t know how to help her. So this young lady had to go up and down the street in Dayton Ohio an unfamiliar town to find another hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning. I called customer service to let them know that I need to be refunded for all three rooms. They hung up on me. Loud fire alarm system went off in our room. PTSD kicked in. It was an awful stay.

This is probably the worse Baymont we have ever stayed in. The bed was hard, wrong size comforter and sheets too small for the size of the mattress. We had to put sheets back on bed everyday as the corners would not get to the bottom of the mattress. Towels were small and thin enough to see thru them. Bathroom outdated! Weather strip around door left a crack more than half-way around door allowing neighbors smoke inside room. Mangement NEEDS TO ENFORCE NO SMOKING as the fire alarm went off at 1145PM waking everyone.

Sheets looked like they hadnt been washed after last visitor, garbage piled outside next door for more than 12 hours, tub had mold spots along wall and needs refinishing, limited toiletries provided (brought own but no hairnet), plastic varied hangers supplied (3), hard to figure out heat first night and second night someone pulled fire alarm at 10pm so i left facility and did not stay for my second night. I went to IHOP next door that morning and saw people sleeping in their car and another man got out of his running car and asked me for a lighter. The hotel had beer cans littered outside and i heard a man behind me say, "you got in"? and i quickly got inside (first night). The safety bar lock on door was missing or ripped off and door shuts slowly. I didnt really feel relaxed here and opted to drive home late at night and risk hitting deer instead of staying and getting woken up again at 2am. I stayed at a Baymont hotel in Dallas TX in January 2025 and was very impressed with that stay and their breakfast. I remembered comfortable beds too. Bathrooms there much bigger. Stayed with family. Was on phone with family when fire alarm here in Dayton went off.

My worst hotel ever

It was terrible, The first room offered was stinking, no carpet on the floor which was rough with dog hair like. Second room had towels with blood like patches. One large towel with small towels offered at the reception. No breakfast offered yet it written.
