Bon emplacement et super vue

Certe le logement est petit mais trĂšs fonctionnel et complet. La vue est superbe, l'emplacement permet de se rendre en ville a pieds et si on a une petite faim il y a un restaurant trĂšs sympa en bas de l'appartement. Et merci au personnel d'interhome, trĂšs professionnel et arrangeants.

Un peu vetuste dans son ensemble.Vieux paillaisson dans l'entrĂ©e. Sortie bain en papier.Dans l'ensemble ,ça fait le job. Vue incroyable !!! Il suffirait d'un petit coup de peinture, enlever un mico onde ( il y en a deux) Je suis arrivĂ© de nuit, la signalisation pĂȘche par sa suasi absence . Il Ă©tait minuit , j'ai appelĂ© un numĂ©ro ( sui est censĂ© rĂ©pondre 24/24h j'ai eu un disque sui me disait qu'on allai me rĂ©pondre, je n'zvais plus de batterie, j'ai raccrochĂ©. Et finalement trouvĂ© ĂĄ.... une he

J’ai Ă©tĂ© déçu de l’état de propretĂ© en arrivant dans l’appartement : il y avait des moutons de poussiĂšre Ă  mĂȘme le salon, le balcon Ă©tait trĂšs sale et en faisant le mĂ©nage en vue de la remise des clefs nous avons remarquĂ© que le dessous des tapis n’avaient pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ© depuis longtemps. Les ustensiles de cuisine et les couverts Ă©taient gras. L’appartement Ă©tait nĂ©anmoins super et les services de votre agence trĂšs bien ! Merci.

Studio bien placĂ© et lumineux mais la rĂ©sidence est peu accueillante de prime abord. . La TV est de mauvaise qualitĂ© comme la literie. Un effort pourrait ĂȘtre apportĂ© Ă  la dĂ©coration et au couchage. Le prix paraĂźt donc un peu Ă©levĂ© au regard de la prestation proposĂ©e (45 euros semble honnĂȘte).

Le balcon Ă©tait inaccessible et dĂ©goĂ»tant. Des fientes de pigeons partout, sur les fenĂȘtres Ă©galement, gĂąchant la vue... Peut-ĂȘtre qu'un effort supplĂ©mentaire est fait l'Ă©tĂ©, mais nous n'avons pas eu cette chance. Le canapĂ©-lit convient un week-end mais n'est pas top. La douche ne ferme pas. Les murs sont trĂšs fins, ce qui laisse entendre les diffĂ©rents pipis du matin, etc. L'appartement convient donc pour un week end, il est bien placĂ©, accessible, mais pas Ă  la hauteur de son potentiel.
