This modern, sun-drenched, PET FRIENDLY cabin, offers a tranquil luxe vibe with quick, easy access to ALL nearby activities. (Train ride, rivers, wedding venue, gliders, hikes, state parks & more!) We aim to be different offering a crisp, contemporary décor in a farm town setting. We can`t wait to host your home away from home!

The VilLodge is comprised of 5 cabins on a beautiful, flat, private 10 acre property with a private loop for a road. Enjoy a well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, cookware, spices, plates, bowls, cups, silverware and a Keurig Coffee maker with K-Cups provided! Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided in the bathroom as well! Property is maintained very well and we literally cannot stop ourselves from constantly improving! Check frequently for new amenities added!

Full access to this cabin and it’s direct front and back yard all to yourself. Across from the cabins there are 2 fields totaling 6 acres that are welcome to be shared between guests. Feel free to get outside and enjoy the space!

We typically respond within the hour very easily during reasonable hours. More times than not we will respond far faster than an hour.

Delano is just south of Etowah and just north of Benton. The neighborhood boasts gorgeous views of Chilhowee Mountain. This is a beautiful rural area that is quiet and inviting. Feels like home away from home!

Getting around the property is very convinent as we have a private drive that is a loop. Very easy to pull in and out with a camper, travel trailer or motorhome if needing a break from the road. The area is very easy to navigate with highway 411 being 1/2 mile down the road. (Not to mention the hours of endless mountain backroads nearby for leisurely cruising).

Please message with an inquiry for specials on multiple spaces. This unit is PET FRIENDLY. We have recently added a fire pit for guests to enjoy! We are 10 minutes to Hiwassee River Weddings and Events, 3 minutes to train ride, 5 minutes to glider field, 5 minutes to Hiwassee River drop in, 10 minutes to Ocoee River!
I’ve put in a lot of effort to make sure this Cabin is a comfortable space for guests. If you choose to stay here, please treat it with the same respect you would with your own home.

House rules include:

-This is a pet friendly space, and we would like to keep it that way! There is a 3 pet maximum, and pets MUST be crated IF left unattended in the cabin (1 crate provided). Separation anxiety amplifies in unfamiliar spaces, We understand that not everyone likes to crate their pets, we just ask you do not leave them unattended in that case.
-Please keeps pets off of beds and furniture
-Please use provided animal waste bags to ensure you and future guests can enjoy outdoor areas.

-Please respect check-in and check-out times.
-Please clean the kitchen after using it. Non-compliance will result in an additional clean-up fee.
-Please refrain from rearranging the furniture and take care when using amenities. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
-Make sure to close the windows, lock the door, and turn the lights, and any electronics off before leaving the Cabin.
-No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.
-No unregistered guests are allowed.
-Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises, or I will have to ask you to vacate.
-NO smoking inside the home.
-Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 12PM.
-5 guests per cabin is capacity
-Please don`t eat in the bedrooms.
