I expected less, since the price was so reasonable, but was very happy. The staff was courteous. The room was clean, with new flooring. The heater worked. The bed was comfortable with good pillows

The staff was very friendly, however the room was lacking. The bathtub needed a good cleaning as the caulking had black mold, bottom of tub was dirty. Toilet seat had coffee stains. Room was dusty and furniture old and grungy. Only thing that was good was the bed, pillows and towels. Stayed one night.

Very dirty. Very loud neighbors, children running up and down the hallway, front desk did nothing when i complained. Asked for a refund and was refused. I stiil left after a night of a 7 night stay it was so bad.

Staff was not considerate at all. I pointed out several issues with the room and the security. When presented the problem with not feeling safe and wanting to show proof of it, it was declined from the associate behind the desk. The room was not cleaned at all besides the beds. Dirt on the rugs, sketchy red substance on the back of the inside of the refrigerator. The doors to get into the side entrance right near our room was supposed to be key only access but you can just open the door without a key. The associate told me they can give me another room but advised that my family did not feel safe at all. I would never go here again and never got refunded or any apologies. Never had an issue with Expedia or a hotel until now. Joke!

The wing of the hotel where our room was seemed to have permanent residents and smelled bad enough to stick to my clothes and hair. The toilet seat was falling off and the heater leaked water all over. I asked to be moved. The room itself did not smell but just going down the hall to get to it made me smell weird. The new room was in a slightly better hallway but still had a smell, just a little weaker. The staff was great though, very nice and accommodating.
