I had a wonderful experience at Cottage Yes Please. The check-in process was very smooth and quick — the staff at the front desk were polite, professional, and welcoming even during late hours. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and everything was in perfect working condition. The entire property looks clean, fresh, and very well cared for. It’s a comfortable place to stay in the heart of Delhi, offering great value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

My stay at Hotel Cottage Yes Please was very pleasant. The hotel is kept neat and clean, and the housekeeping staff really do a good job. I loved the location since everything I needed was nearby and it was easy to explore Delhi from here. The facilities are simple but well-maintained, and I had everything I required for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and well-located hotel at a fair price.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cottage Yes Please. The rooms were very clean and tidy, which gave me a lot of comfort after a long day of travel. The location is perfect — close to the main market and easy to reach transport, so getting around Delhi was hassle-free. The hotel also has good facilities that made my stay smooth and convenient. Overall, a great experience with both cleanliness and location being the highlights. I’d happily stay here again.

Close to the train station and had good restaurants around it. For what we paid for, it was so worth it! Hot water and clean rooms as well. I only wish the internt worked better. I would definitely recommend this stay if you are looking for a cheaper option.

Don't book this hotel if you're particular about ambient temperature, there is no functioning HVAC system. Whatever the day brings is what you get. The area replicates the typical Indian hustle and bustle. A tourist was murdered around the corner during my stay. This place is good on a budget but be careful.

Dirty & Moldy & Damp

I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service and conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the hotel was not prepared to meet even the most basic expectations. We arrived well before the confirmed check-in time of 8 AM, yet were told by reception that our room was not ready. Despite waiting in the reception area, the room was still not ready by the scheduled time, forcing us to wait longer without the opportunity to freshen up before our planned excursion. This is completely unacceptable, as we had made the necessary arrangements well in advance. The situation only worsened the following day. After returning from an early excursion, we discovered that we had been moved to a completely different room. The new room was in a deplorable state – filthy bed sheets, dirty linen, no towels, and no toilet paper. The room was far from the “recently refurbished” standard advertised; instead, it was covered in mold, dirty, and far below acceptable standards. The hotel as a whole was in a terrible condition, far removed from what was portrayed on your website. When we raised our concerns with the manager, asking for a full refund so we could find alternate accommodations, we were rudely refused. The manager insisted that the room had been kept for us and that no refund would be offered, showing no regard for the poor state of the facilities or the discomfort caused.
