When arrived they didn't have my booking. They had to see my email for the booking. Literally I was asked by random staffs at least 6 times when I am leaving or checking out. Bathrooms were dirty and has Foul smell in the morning. Bed doesn't have side table on both sides. No night lights, no lamps. Some of the common things are not labeled, like hot water heater. Had a cold shower in the morning because I was in a hurry, in the evening I had to call someone to find the hot water button. Probably is not clean. Dust on the floor everywhere. No ac in hallways. There are mattresses in the hallway. There are so many things that are not right with this property.

Terrible customer service. Not clean. Mold in the fridge. Had to ask for towels and only one roll of toilet paper. Location around isn’t safe or ideal.

First time I checked into a hotel and didn’t find any towels in the bathroom. I asked for one and was given one which was yellowish in color. You have to turn the water heater on yourself otherwise you will not get any hot water. The room had rust, dirty and grim all over the place. I was asked to show the proof of payment that I made to Expedia, never been asked this before. I short I will not record this hotel to anyone. Forfeit to mention when in I checked in the front desk guy was eating and came to talk to me licking his figures. Disgusting and disrespectful!

I thought for one night, a 3 star hotel along the main road across from the airport would be a good place, but had a terrible experience. The bed frame was damaged. They never changed the bedsheet or the pillow case. We had ask the house cleaning to come and replace everything. Hot water was not working, turned out, it heater was not even plugged in. Congested room. Dining room is not part of the restaurant and breakfast had limited options. Outside, the alley is very noise and dusty. Was not what I expected and will never choose this type of hotels in the future.

My experience at La-Sapphire Hotel was good overall. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel has decent facilities, and the service was good. It’s a great option if you're in the area and want a quiet, relaxed place to stay

La sapphire is a completely waste of money.

The service was awefull. Room was torn and unclean, i as ked for toilet paper on the first day of arrival and never got it.

Average, quiet room

This is an ok hotel if you just need a place to sleep. We had a room with no view, but it also meant it was silent. The AC was loudy, luckily was not needed at night. The room was spacious with a hot water kettle. Breakfast had nearly nothing I would normally eat in the morning. The staff was kind.

Hotel à éviter... j'espère qu'il y a mieux à Delhi

Proche de l'aéroport... Je l'avais choisi pour une escale de 12h à Delhi Mais sinon j'ai été effrayé par l'état de cet Hotel et particulièrement de la salle de bain Les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas ..pas de serviettes...pas d'eau chaude... Quartier très bruyant Tâche sur couverture du lit. Oui on m'a changé de chambre et les toilettes fonctionnaient dans la nouvelle...mais le reste... Bref je ne recommande pas. À éviter

Deux nuits à Delhi

Deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel sans souci particulier. Chambre correcte, eau chaude, bouilloire, fenêtre donnant de la luminosité. Quartier animé proche de l’aéroport.
