A Perfect Family Getaway! Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ½-bath townhouse style condominium. The main floor features an open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, (firewood not provided) a hide-a-bed sofa, and large windows with an easterly exposure offering great territorial mountain views, plus there’s a nice walkout balcony for enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages. A fully equipped galley style kitchen with a pass-through flank the living/dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a flat screen monitor, and a ½-bath ensuite complete the main floor. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This tastefully furnished, WIFI equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
