The home offers 1.5 bathrooms for your convenience. The main bathroom is fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. A convenient half-bathroom adds extra ease for larger groups.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. The property does have two additional cottages in behind this house where other guests will be staying. A diagram outlining the property layout is provided in the photos.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Lobster Pot Getaway, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

Parking along the right side of home only (asphalt driveway). Parking on the white marble stone driveway is for the back two cottages only.

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
