Pillows were pretty bad. The air conditioning had a urine smell. I complained and it seemed to improve for a couple days, started the notice the odor again the last day. Also could not get cold water the the shower, also complained about that and did not notice any improvement for that.

This hotel is rather run down. I felt most of the staff was polite, Chris in particular, but one of the managers was a bit rude. The carpet was shabby and the bathroom smelled like mildew.

The hotel lost my reservation. I spent 25 minutes on hold while it was worked out. I was traveling for a wedding and this dampened my mood for hours. Maybe Travelocity should also send the hotels the confirmation reminders as well.
