The space blends mid-century character with today’s comfort, featuring vibrant landscape wallpapers, retro-inspired tilework, and all the amenities you need for a seamless stay.



Relax in the plush king bed under a cozy woven blanket (available for purchase) and stream your favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker. With a dedicated workspace, mini fridge, Roku TV, and fast Wi-Fi, it’s easy to balance relaxation and productivity. • There is currently daytime construction on Colfax as they work on the new bus lane. You may encounter construction noise during your stay.

• DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs is allowed; there is a $50 pet fee per pet, and you will be held responsible for damages.; Please inquire with us for more details before booking.; Please keep pets off the beds and furniture. A $50 fee will be incurred if pet waste is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
