Plenty of space to gather and relax after exploring the city. Long driveway and wide street means plenty of parking and fenced yard for pups traveling with you. Just north of downtown, easy access to major highways, airport, and mountains. Nearby city lakes are fun for playgrounds, parks, and walks.

Welcome to your Denver home-away-from-home! This is a single-family home thoughtfully divided into two stylish units, now combined for full-house access. You’ll enjoy two separate living areas, kitchens, and entrances—perfect for families, groups, or anyone who appreciates extra space and privacy. The home has traditional heating/cooling with a smart thermostat, plus stationary fans and space heaters for added comfort. While the home is quiet overall, like any urban setting, you may occasionally hear the normal sounds of city life.
