This neighborhood is made up of single family residences. There is a school across the park and there are tennis courts up the street.
The freeway access is incredible and this spot is great for access to all things in and around Denver!
Renting a car or using Lyft/Uber would be recommended.
The house does not have central AC, the upper bedrooms both have window AC units. The summer months can get quite hot on the top floor. Close the shades in the living room and dining room, especially later in the day to keep the sun from beating in. The basement stays nice n cool.
