We stayed at this property for four nights. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was the usual eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, pastries, waffles and the meat was different each day (sausage, bacon, sausage links). Our biggest complaint was the water pressure. I went to the front desk several times and although I was acknowledged, the problem was never resolved. Initially the water pressure was low and the toilet was backed up, they quickly addressed the toilet issue but the water pressure in the shower was never resolved. There was barely enough water pressure to rinse the soap off your body. I asked different staff and they said they had received complaints about the water pressure but on the last day there I asked housekeeping if I could look at the shower in a room down the hall from ours with double beds and the water pressure was sooo much better. That tells me it was only exclusive to the room we were staying and because we booked through a third party site, the service was not the same. The other issue is only one elevator was working at the time. Upon check-in both elevators were working but the next day it was only one. This is a fairly new hotel. Would I stay here again-probably not or maybe I would try the Hilton Home Suites side.
