Did not get to stay and they kept my money and promised to return and when I left they told me they never told me anything like that ! Just sad ! I was shocked and hurt cause I knew that was going to happen after I left calm and nice about it I was actually lied to !

If I could give 0 stars I would ! they will take your deposit, very dirty ,VERY rude staff , Very Dirty ! Key goes out EVERY time you use it. Horrible stay will never come back

When going up the enclosed staircase to second floor smelled of bodily waste (solid sand liquid) and marijuana and cigarette smoke. Entered room and met with strong odor of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Bedding dirty and signs of bed bug infestation. Bathroom not clean.

Don’t stay at home towne studio in Denver

Terrible. This place does not function effectively. We had a reservation for Friday night and got a confirmation but when we got there they said we did not have a reservation. The next day we had a long standing reservation and we expected trouble and got it. I had a confrontation over the billing/ payment of the room and the attendant canceled our reservation while we were on the phone with hotels.com. Never again.

Maybe one of the scariest places I’ve ever stayed, there was roaches, urine stains on the bed and a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell. I almost cried but it was late at night so I didn’t have any other options. Slept with my keys next to me for in case I needed a weapon.

Never again.

Wi-Fi was Slo-o-o-o-w. TV channels, many did not come in. Room not very clean, in general this is an OLD property that needs remodeling. Kitchen and bathroom are rusted, broken, and feel unsanitary.
