The house was a perfect set up and fit for my family and extended family. Ample space, great equipped kitchen, wonderful backyard, fun basement with all the games for the kids, and quiet neighborhood with pool within walking distance. The property inside such as behind and under furniture and the outdoor patio could have been cleaned more thoroughly

We had a wonderful stay, cute house. Slept well some instructions didn’t match up where things were to be. There was no garbage can in the garage and there was other garbage and empty beer cases. We just added our trash to it. And didn’t find the outside garbage for the street. Other tricky thing was on my receipt. I paid the Cleaning fee, but in the book it says to pay cleaning by Venmo,check QR code is in house didn’t find it not in house info book for the Cleaning staff before leaving but there wasn’t any scan QR says it’s in the house. That’s the only goofy thing. Host called in advance to inform us a repair person would be there.because she knew there’s gonna be service person Fixing the hot water tank which was very helpful and informative to know. Very spacious home, loved the game room. Thank you somebody was there when we arrived, it was great.

Great house!

Almost everything was wonderful! The WiFi was down for most of our stay but we managed. Communication was great until the end. There was some confusion about the check out; the instructions said to make sure to pay the cleaners but the cleaning fee was already included in the booking fee. I messaged the host several times the evening before we left about the WiFi, the cleaning fee and I asked for a late check out, but I never heard back from the host until after we checked out. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great Holiday Break

Our son lives near the property, so we gathered the family for a nice holiday celebration. VRBO was great to work with and the house is beautiful. The kitchen works well and there's lots of room to spread out. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable & Relaxing

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed how spacious this property is with plenty of room for our entire group. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was a breeze and the host was available for any questions. We’ll definitely book this property again if we stay in the area!

Such a blast!

The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. The air hockey table downstairs was so much fun! The beds were clean and super comfortable. The host Ashley was very responsive and even responded late at night when needed! The excellent service and a beautiful home made for an amazing weekend with friends!

Wedding/Concert Weekend in Denver!

We needed a place to stay in Denver that was centrally located to the wedding & 2 concerts we had planned for the weekend! What we got checked all the boxes and then some! They allowed our 2 mini-Aussies! A garage to park our car, enough beds to accommodate our friends on the night of the respective concerts! Then this was the quietest place we have ever stayed in Denver! The icing on the cake…the owner just finished an upgrade on this home, making all the finishing details provided top notch!

Family wedding

Stayed with my family (5 adults) and my brother’s family (2 adults, 2 kids). The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 9, but another full bath would have been nice. The host was very responsive, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay for our family Christmas

We enjoyed our stay in your Vrbo for our family Christmas. The layout was perfect for our group of 12 - plenty of space to spread out or spend time together and the table was even big enough for all of us to share our meals together. The teenagers especially enjoyed the basement space. The neighborhood was safe and convenient for getting everywhere we wanted to go. Our dog was also very thankful for the large, fenced in yard!

Family Wedding

The house was largest enough to accommodate 8 adults and one child very comfortably. We enjoyed the living room with the large couch for daily discussions of the day’s activities. The kitchen was well equipped! Plus had plenty of towels. The location made it easy to explore other areas in Colorado.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the game room in the basement and the fenced in yard. The adults loved the multiple living room spaces and the proximity of things to do in Denver.
